A wood-frame multi-family residential development with integrated commercial space and underground parking.
Scope of Work:
Installed fully tested and approved firestop systems at all MEP penetrations through rated walls and floor assemblies.
Applied fire-rated sealants and backing materials to all construction joints (top, bottom, and wall-to-wall).
Implemented firestopping collars, wraps, and sealants for both combustible and non-combustible pipe penetrations.
Conducted full firestopping for electrical boxes, conduits, stairwells, elevator shafts, and risers.
All work was performed by Hilti-certified Firestop Applicators and documented with compliance reports.
Result:
Every inspection was passed on the first attempt, a rare achievement in firestopping projects.
The site supervisor praised our professionalism, precision, and adherence to safety standards, and has since initiated discussions for future large-scale projects based on our outstanding performance.
