A 6-story residential building comprising 125 rental units built to high performance standards for comfort and efficiency.
Scope of Work:
Insulated 40,000 sq. ft. of exterior and interior walls and mechanical spaces using semi-rigid rockwool batt and spray foam insulation.
Installed mono-glass below the steel roof deck on the exterior to comply with PHSG guidelines.
Result:
The project was completed 4 days ahead of schedule, allowing other trades (drywall and MEP) to proceed without delays. Our team’s expert installation exceeded performance expectations, contributing significantly to the building’s energy efficiency and sustainability goals.
