2nd -Project
A 13-story mixed-use high-rise featuring 66 residential units, medical offices, an Urgent Care Primary Centre, and multiple levels of parking and utilities.
Scope of Work:
Provided full-building insulation using fiberglass batt and semi-rigid rockwool to meet energy efficiency and fire safety standards.
Result:
Achieved energy code compliance while improving air tightness and occupant comfort. The project is nearing completion with only one level remaining, maintaining schedule alignment and quality assurance throughout.
